Homeparkpress Hamburg will have a table at the book & magazine fair at PhotoIreland Festival 2012. The fair is scheduled from July 13 til July 15, and will be held at IMOCA, the Irish Museum for Contemporary Art. We look forward to meeting you in Dublin!

Knowledgeable crowds in front of our table, inspiring conversations with fellow photographers and publishers, an interesting evening out at Club Silencio, and Christopher Anhalt’s “Scars & Beauty” selected by AD France as one of their favorite three titles - we had a blast at offprint 2011!

If you are in Rome, then you should stop by TreTerzi’s Little Big Press exhibition: Homeparkpress titles “The Red Planet”, “Recherche” and “Scars & Beauty” are all on display. If you are in Hamburg towards the end of the month, don’t miss the Elektrohaus exhibition from Oct 28 till Oct 30: You can see new work by Henrik Malmström. And if you are at your favourite photo book store, then please pick up a copy of “Die Nacht” issue no 10: It features a nice article on Homeparkpress designer Stefan Kaetz.

“Recherche” Reprint

After the first edition of Birgit Krause’s “Recherche” booklet sold out quickly after its release last year, we have printed another 60 copies of the title. The second edition features a different image on the front page (a tiger, not a spaceship), and will be released at Photo + Art Book Hamburg this coming week end. Please note that Birgit will open a solo show at exp12 gallery in Berlin on Saturday, September 17.
